I've never actually met Joanna in person; however, I came across her FB page on another FB site. I had a timeshare for about 8 years, so my vacations for 8 years were booked directly through the timeshare site. Once I decided to give the timeshare back, I realized that I had neither the time nor the want to actually research all of the options that are out there. My husband and I decided to book a last minute vacation to Florida, Disney specifically, and after hours of research, I was at a loss. Then at about midnight, I reached out to Joanna via her website to see if she would be able to help. Having never used a travel agent before this trip, I had no clue what to expect. Joanna reached out to me early the next morning, asked all the pertinent questions and had my vacation booked before I left work the same day. She provided follow up to let me know that the tickets were purchased, but I would need to actually reserve my dates at Disney; and when I had an issue reserving, she was on the phone with Disney directly and within 10 minutes, had my issue resolved. She followed up the day before my trip to make sure everything was good and to let me know to contact her if there were any issues. When we arrived at the hotel, check-in was a breeze and I was surprised to find that our Disney tickets were provided at check-in instead of having to pickup at the park. After this trip, I have decided that I don't think I'm ever going to book another vacation, I'm just going to let Joanna do it. I mean, this was the least stressful vacation I've never planned in my life.
